Client Alerts & Notifications


Certain alarms and notifications are sent to your client in the event of a situation they need to be made aware of. We have designed our notifications around the customer to ensure they are user friendly and intuitive. We won’t ever bombard your customer with puzzling messages. We’ll only keep them updated on what they really need to know via text message and email – any time of the day, anywhere in the world! Messages are sent for the below events:

  • High Level Alarm
  • High Water Occurred
  • Mains Power Failure
  • Mains Power Returned
  • High Level Alarm Muted
  • Service Reminder
  • Missed Data Heartbeat
  • Both Pumps Set Offline (Rego1 Control Panel)

Health reports

Delivered to a specified email address on the 1st Monday of every month, the client pump station health report includes:

  • Average pump time in seconds (average over the last month)
  • Total cycles per month.
  • Battery backup available time (if installed)
